A Massive well done to our U13 Boys Football team who played an absolute stormer against a strong Gaelscoil Nenagh and went on to be win the County Final in style. Under the direction of coaches Kevin Leahy and Roland Moroney the boys took to the field with passion and came back from a goal down at half time to win 3-5 to 2-2. Led by team Captain Darren O'Mahoney they showcased great skill and team work that resulted in scores from Jim Purcell, Matthew Walsh, Cillian Moloney, Dylan Shone and Jackson Callanan. They were spirited on by our amazing supporters and a special thanks to Mr Liam O'Sullivan who had a great hand in guiding and training them over the last number of years. The boys arrived home to a whole school guard of honour and a heroes welcome.
All in all a great day for the boys, the school, the club and village!!
