Homemade Hummus

As our theme in English this fortnight is food and we have been studying nutrition in SPHE, 4th class decided to make hummus this week. We used wild  garlic which is currently growing in abundance on our river banks. Everyone tasted the hummus and it got a resounding thumbs up!
