Butter

Third class recently studied a unit in History based on Homes in the Past. We discussed what homes in Ireland were like in the past, how housework and cooking were done without electricity and how home appliances have changed. We decided to take this unit of study a step further by making our very own butter. Third class really enjoyed this Science activity and most of all sampling their finished product with cream crackers. Yum! Yum!
